Greetings to All Sentient Beings at this time of rebirth and coming light! “Here comes the Sun!” (George Harrison) The Winter Solstice today on 22 December 2011 at 5.30 am, brought with it even more escalating energy than other years. Given it’s now less than a year to the end of a 5,125 year Earth cycle on 21 December 2012 at 11.11 am, it’s no surprise it can be intense for many of us as we experience the Earth transition and heightened consciousness. Quantum scientists have been saying for years that time is speeding up and it certainly feels like it for those sensitive to Earth’s inherent seasonal and galactic changes.
Just as the Sun appears to stand still then heralds more light in the coming days, my Son arrived from Finland with his uniquely resplendent light, to share the celebration of the brumal season! We spent a glorious Solstice day in the Sun walking along the tow path beside the river and with the ancient trees at Bishops Palace.
We all have light (space) at the source of our DNA and it is the single most important element to our well-being. The ability to absorb and retain light in many forms is crucial on a daily basis for health and healing.
All living things require and emit photons which are essential to cellular function and how we feel. We take in photons via our Sun (some say from other Suns) and a single photon can be measured travelling along our body meridian lines. Sun-enriched plant foods are very high in photons; and certain oils contain a full spectrum of light. The more photons we are able to receive through our diet and daily way of life, the more biophotons (the smallest known units of light) we are able to produce, emit and radiate from our cells. The process occurs through DNA contraction and it is when we can also shine our light into the world, we are experiencing health at its zenith.
When babies are born, they glow with magnificent light which is why we are drawn to be near, and look upon them almost magnetically. We are, by nature, drawn to the light. Our loved ones are the light of our lives; a light heart is always a carefree one; our eyes and faces light up with joy; we see light at the end of the tunnel; some people light up a room when they enter; we see things in a new light in the light of experience when we feel “enlightened” on a life event.
Our DNA is said to be antennae connected to galactic centre both giving and receiving information; both contributing and accepting what is. Nothing is separate, yet we have the opportunity to be unique individuals.
A few things that bring more light to our cells
Spending as much time in Nature as possible, touching the Earth and trees with our skin and breathing in deeply. When we are in touch with nature, we are in tune with our own personal nature on a profound level.
Sunlight on the skin or Vitamin D3 (in a beneficial and absorbable form and appropriate quantity which is different for everyone)
Eating dark, green leafy vegetables – preferably raw – with a little fruit.
Taking the right lipids for your unique body.
75 Plant Minerals– more important than vitamins – you can READ MY ARTICLE HERE about the importance of plant minerals to every cell of your body in my article originally published in “Healing Today” magazine in 2005.
Doing what pleases us – or stress dissipation, especially at Christmas time when people may feel obliged to live up to the expectations of others therefore going against the desire of their souls which detracts from being and expressing fully who we are.
Cell Cleansing – the Solstice (Equinoxes, New and Full Moons and our Birthdays) create natural detoxifications as a result of the magnetic pull on our bodies. However, all exits must already be prepared and clear (lungs, colon, skin) to benefit from these times, or congestion occurs resulting in toxicity backing up into blood causing fatigue and brain fog or further into lymph causing mucous related illness such as colds and flu.
Light, oxygen, water, plant minerals, lipids and a walking with a light step help us hear our intuition, see our imagination (which connects us with all possibilities as Einstein felt); to express our creativity and make life magical.
Each day dawns with the light of a new beginning: a rebirth. I wish you all a wonderful Winter Solstice and leave you with a stanza I learned in my youth.
With beaming biophotons and dawn light blessings
Dreaming when Dawn’s Left Hand was in the Sky
I heard a Voice within the Tavern cry,
“Awake, my Little ones, and fill the Cup
“Before Life’s Liquor in its Cup be dry.”
